阐述了典型的目标RCS起伏模型,建立了目标起伏因子,采用2种思路推导了目标服从卡平方分布时,雷达发现概率、虚警概率、平均信号噪声比和起伏因子的关系,绘制了仿真曲线,并结合曲线,对目标起伏强弱对雷达检测的影响进行了分析,可为深入研究目标的起伏特性提供理论支持;最后对模型在雷达检飞试验中的应用进行了讨论,可为在雷达及雷达电子对抗试验中科学鉴定与评价被试雷达或电子战装备的战术技术性能提供技术支撑。

The typical targets models are stated in this paper,targets movement factors are built. The relationships of radar detection probability、false alarm probability、mean SNR and movement factor model are analyzed and built through two ways, on the basis of which,imitation curves are provided and the influence of target movement characterastic on radar detection is analyzed,with which, the characteristics of dynamic targets deeply can be researched; at last,the application of key models in radar flight test are analyzed,on the basis of which, a scientific evaluation to the equipments to test is given.
