以某机载雷达为例,给出了确定雷达电磁损伤中部件重要度的评价指标,融合雷达的结构信息以及专家的判断,将定性指标与定量指标相结合,通过10/10 ~18/2标度将专家的定性判断量化,再利用层次分析法得到雷达部件的功能重要性,然后与通过对雷达结构的分析获得的雷达部件的结构重要性进行加权平均最终确定了某机载雷达各部件的重要度. 结果表明该方法可以综合考虑定性指标和定量指标,减少了人为主观因素的不利影响,所得结果具有较强的客观性和合理性,为开展雷达的战伤抢修奠定了一定的基础。

Taking an airborne radar for example, assessment indices are given determining the components importances of the radar damaged by electromagnetic weapons. Fusing the structural information of the radar to the judgments of the experts, combining qualitative indices and quantitative ones, the judgments of the experts are quantified by 10/10 ~18/2 scale, then analytic hierarchy process (AHP) is used to obtain the functional importances of the radar components, and finally the functional importances are weighted with the structural importances got by analyzing the radar structure to determine the components importances of the radar. The results indicate that the method developed in the paper considerates the qualitative indices and quantitative ones comprehensively and reduces the disadvantageous effects of the human subjective factors. The results are of much objectivity and rationality. The method lays the foundation for the battle damage repair of the radar.
