基于粘弹性阻尼材料具有小变形下高阻尼的特点,文中以一种机载雷达天线过渡框的典型结构为对象,提出了粘弹性材料阻尼结构设计的基本思想和过程,包括材料选择、粘贴区域选定、阻尼材料尺寸设计等,建立粘弹性阻尼结构的有限元模型,对原结构与阻尼结构分别进行频响和随机振动分析,还对比分析了阻尼结构的减振性能。仿真结果显示,粘弹性阻尼结构对振动有明显衰减,其减振技术在机载雷达典型结构中有较强的工程应用价值。

Visco-elastic damping materials have high damping even though when small displacement. In this paper, considering an airborne radar transition frame as research target, the design method and process of visco-elastic damping structure had putted forward, including how choosing damping materials, where affixing and what's the typical size of damping materials etc. The finite element model of basic structure and damping structure were modeled respectively, then studied their frequency response functions and random vibration response results, compared damping structure's vibration suppression capability with basic structure. The result showed that damping structure had better vibration suppression capability than basic structure, and visco-elastic damping materials vibration suppression technology had proved most useful to engineering application.
