设计了一种8路功率合成器。该8路功率合成器采用一种Π型隔离网络替代常用合成器的隔离电阻,其耐功率主要取决于传输线形式和隔离网络的耐功率。对Π型隔离网络进行了理论分析,证明其能够实现两端口之间的隔离,且隔离电阻为50 Ω接地电阻,其尺寸不影响合成器的电性能,实现了高功率隔离的目的。给出了HFSS软件的仿真结果,结果显示,该合成器各端口回波损耗优于-20 dB,隔离度优于20 dB。该8路功率合成器幅相一致性高,损耗小,可用于固态发射机的功率合成。

An 8-Channal high power combiner is proposed in this paper. A Π isolated network is used in the combiner instead of a isolated resistance . The capacity of the combiner is determined by the modality of the transmission line and the capacity of the isolated network resistance . The analysis in theory show that this Π network can realize the purpose of high isolation and the resistance used in the Π isolated network load is 50 Ω, which size can have less effect for the combiner. The result of simulation by HFSS shows that the return loss of this combiner is below -20 dB and the isolation is above 20 dB. This combiner can be used as a power combiner in transmitter.
