针对雷达杂波抑制同时兼容小目标探测的难题,通过与静态数字灵敏度时间控制(STC)效果比较,指出采用动态STC是解决此问题的基础,也是雷达性能阵地优化的有效手段。文中给出了模拟相控阵雷达利用接收机对放通道压缩回波幅度,完成阵地杂波轮廓图测量和推算动态STC的方法;对于数字阵列雷达采用接收机通道增益顺序控制建立与阵地杂波相关的动态STC,并与理论STC比较,得到最终动态STC的方法。

Aiming at the conundrum of radar clutter canceller and small object detecting synchronously, it is indicated that dynamic sensitivity time control (STC) is foundation of the solution and radar site optimizing compared with static STC. The method is presented of analog phase array radar measuring clutter map and calculating dynamic STC by logarithmic amplifier channel to compress echo intensity. Otherwise, digital array radar adopts ordinal controlling of receiver channel gain to establish dynamic STC related to radar site clutter. The final method of calculating dynamic STC is obtained compared with STC in theory.
