文章对一种单兵雷达可展结构进行了运动过程的误差分析。首先,将单兵雷达可展结构中销接孔与销钉的间隙转化为剪式单元长度的变化,随后推导了可展结构中线阵天线的位置变化与剪式单元长度的关系式,进而得到线阵天线位置与原来位置的偏差,最后通过单元误差累加得出整体结构中线阵天线位置与原来位置的偏差。分析结果表明:销接误差的存在对于线阵天线位置的偏离有一定的影响,在误差累加之后,偏移量较大。

The error analysis of a kind of deployable radar structures during the motion is studied in this paper. The gap between the pin jack and the pin of the expandable structure, which is seen as the changes in the length of the scissor element, is considered. Then the relationship between the position of the aluminum changes with the length of scissor elements in the expandable structure. Therefore, it can be obtained the deviation of the position of the aluminum plate with the original position. Then the deviation of the overall structures can be given by accumulating errors. The results show that the error of the pin joints has some effects on the deviation of the position of the deployable radar structure. The deviation value is after accumulating errors.
