无轴传动系统中,同步传动的误差精度是衡量系统性能的一个重要指标。在无轴传动系统中采用交叉耦合控制器实现速度和位置的同步协调控制,并对基于交叉耦合技术同步协调控制系统的传递函数进行了优化,以便于工程实现。在此基础上建立了无轴传动试验平台,设计了无轴传动控制系统,从而对系统的控制效果进行了分析和研究。仿真表明,交叉耦合技术在无轴传动运动控制系统中取得了良好的效果,有效地减小了系统的同步误差。

The synchronized error accuracy is the most important feature of the shaftless driving systems. The cross-coupled control is proposed to synchronizing the velocity and position control in the shaftless driving systems, in order to implement the cross-coupled technology in engineering, the transfer function of the synchronized control systems is also optimized. The shaftless driving experimental platform is set up and the control system based on shaftless driving technology is designed by the control tragedy. Simulation results show that applying cross-coupled control technology in shaftless driving systems obtains good results, and decreases the synchronized error.
