研究了雷达自诞生以来各种新技术体制发展创新的历程;提出了雷达电磁信号波形与目标信息关系的基本模型;在此基础上,探讨了雷达系统技术体制发展创新的理论基础。认为,寻找选择能够采集目标新信息的电磁信号波形(时频域、空间域、极化域或它们的联合域),并形成新电磁信号波形回波的信号处理和目标新信息提取方法,是雷达系统技术体制发展创新的理论基础。

In this paper, the development and innovation course of various new technical systems of radar is introduced since its birth. Basic model for presenting the relationship between radar electromagnetic signal waveform and target information is put forward. On the basis of that, theoretical foundation of development and innovation for radar technical system is discussed. It is considered to find and select electromagnetic signal waveforms (time domain, space domain, polarization domain or combined domain) which are able to collect new target information and form new signal processing methods for echoes from electromagnetic signal waveform as well as extraction methods for target's new information is the theoretical foundation of development and innovation for the technical systems of radar system.
