多层板加工时一般通过背钻孔制作准同轴线垂直互连的中心孔。文中建立了一种新的准同轴线垂直过渡模型,该模型不需要通过背钻孔制作中心孔,直接由金属化通孔实现。制作工艺简单,垂直过渡性能稳定、一致性好。试验证明该形式垂直过渡满足工程需求,简化了制作工艺。

The microwave signal is transmitted among multi-layer boards by quasi-coax vertical connection in the network. During the manufacture program , the back-drill hole is often used as the center connection hole. A new kind of vertical connection model without any back-drill hole is promoted in this paper. A metallized hole can be used in stead of the center back-drill hole of the vertical connection. The vertical connection model is easier to manufacture, and its function is stable. The results of simulation and experiment prove that the model is feasible
