湍流大气环境不但会引起大气波导传播中能量的严重泄漏,干扰雷达对目标回波信号的检测,还会影响接收信号的快衰落特性。文中针对大气波导超视距信道,利用考虑湍流效应的抛物方程模型仿真计算了不同湍流强度下,波导高度内、外接收信号的超视距快衰落特性,分析比较了考虑与忽略湍流效应两种情况下,波导高度内、外接收信号的幅频特性, 更加合理地对雷达进行系统效应评估,准确地反映大气湍流对海上电波传播的影响。

Scattering on turbulent atmospheric fluctuations can not only lead to energy's great leakage out of the atmospheric duct and disturb radar's estimation of the target echo signal, but also affect the fast fading characteristics of received signal. Aimed at the atmospheric duct channel, the fast fading characteristics of received signals inside and outside duct layer at far range are computed by using parabolic equation model which considers the turbulence parameter, and the amplitude-frequency characteristics are analysed and compared in both turbulence environment and environment without scatter. These can evaluate radar system character more reasonably and exactely describe the effection of turbulence on radio wave propagation above sea.
