雷达网任务分配问题是雷达网优化管理与控制的关键环节,旨在解决防空预警任务与探测资源之间的合理分配,对雷达网综合探测性能的发挥起重要作用。根据雷达网作战需求和作战任务分配准则,提出了分配效益的概念,讨论了考虑“四抗冶威胁时影响分配效益确定的各种因素,建立了基于分配效益最大化的雷达网任务分配数学模型。最后,结合一个仿真案例采用遗传算法对该模型进行求解,仿真结果验证了该模型的有效性。

Task assignment of radar networks is a key step in radar netting management and control, which aims at solving the rational allocation of tasks between the air defense early warning and detection resources, and plays an important role in improving the performance of radar networks. Based on the principle of war-task assingment and the requirement of radar network, the concept of assignment efficiency is proposed and influence factors of assignment efficiency are discussed under ‘Four Countering’circumstance. Then, a mathematical model is constructed for the task assignment of radar networks by maximization of assignment efficiency, which can be solved using evolution algorithm. Simulation results demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed model.
