随着相控阵雷代的发展,系统对耦合器定向性提出了较高的要求。尤其是现代相控阵大型雷达中使用的耦合器数量会较多,为了保证定向性,增大生产过程中的精度控制及加长调试时间是常用的方法,而这并不适应批生产。文中提出了一种较为简易的方法来提高耦合器的定向性,而且并不影响其批生产性,实际的工程制作也验证了其可行性。

As the development of phased array radar, the higher directivity of coupler is needed. Especially there are the huge number of couplers in modern large phased array radar. To ensure the high-directivity, increasing precision control in production and more debugging time are usual ways, but they are not fit in the production of huge numbers. A simpler way to increase directivity of coupler is provided in this paper, and it doesn't lead more difficulty in production. It is proved in the actual production.
