提出了一种工作在X波段的宽带慢波延迟线设计方法,介绍了慢波延迟线的基本概念,利用电磁仿真软件优化枝节的长度、间距、线宽及弯角的布局,实现小型化结构,提高宽带性能。仿真分析和实验结果表明:对比传统走线形式,最终获得蛇形慢波延迟线的延时效率达到200% ,端口反射系数<-25 dB,带内相位线性度<8度。

A design of broadband slow-wave delay line performed in X-band is presented. Basic concepts of the slow-wave delay line are introduced. The layout of the branch length, branch spacing distance, branch width and bend shape are optimized by using electromagnetic simulate software. Miniaturization structure is realized and broadband performance is enhanced. Simulation and experimentation prove that meander line can achieve high delay efficiency up to 200£¥ , low port reflect coefficient less than -25 dB and phase linearity in band less than 8 degree, in contrast to conventional trace forms.
