T/ R组件是有源相控阵雷达的核心部件。对于星载、机载、艇载等平台,如何设计出轻小型化、高可靠性、适于批量生产的T/ R组件十分重要。在设计初期引入Agilent公司的ADS仿真软件可以有效缩短开发周期,提高设计效率。文中运用ADS进行一款C波段轻小型化T/ R组件的设计与仿真,采用了多种单片微波集成电路芯片来实现各模块功能,对于设计过程中出现的放大器自激问题进行了探讨并提出解决办法,在C波段实现发射与接收功能,仿真结果符合设计要求。

The T/ R module is the core part of active phased array radar. For space-borne, airborne and shipborne platforms, how to design a miniature, highly reliable T/ R module suitable for mass production is very important. The introduction of Agilent ADS software in early stages can effectively shorten the design cycle and improve the design efficiency. A kind of C -band T/ R module is presented in this paper, using a variety of monolithic microwave integrated circuit chips to realize the function of each part. The self-excited problem of amplifier is discussed and the solutions are presented. Transmitting and receiving function in C-band is realized and the simulation results meet the design requirements well.
