天波超视距雷达工作环境复杂,受外部干扰和杂波的影响较大,使得超视距雷达目标回波特性十分复杂。为了对目标进行判别和有效跟踪,就必须分析掌握雷达各种回波和目标特性。文中设计了一种基于雷达原始频谱的回波特性分析方法,该方法以原始频谱为基础,将回波点迹及跟踪航迹数据与频谱数据进行同步对比分析,同时对频谱信息进行噪声基底、杂波展宽、覆盖率等统计评估,有效地分析超视距雷达回波特性以及对目标跟踪进行有效地分析和验证。

The work environment of the sky-wave over-the-horizon radar (OTHR) is complex, so the echo characteristic is also very complex. In order to distinguish the targets and track them effectively, it's the first to hold the target characteristic. So a valid method of analyzing the echo characteristic of the OTHR based on the original spectrum is proposed, and it can analyze the plot data, track data and the spectrum data synchronously, evaluate the fundus of the noise, the width of the clutter, and the covering rate. Thereby, we can hold the echo characteristic of OTHR effectively and validate the tracking process.
