针对现代电子战日益复杂、密集的电磁环境下雷达信号的侦收分选面临着的严峻考验，提出分层分级把环境信号脉冲描述字数据流进行分类综合预处理的方法，稀释脉冲数据流以减轻后续信号分选的压力，介绍了基于信号的方位、频率、脉宽等参数预处理的流程，对已知信号预处理和未知信号预处理要点做了说明，并通过仿真验证了该方法的正确性和有效性。
