在空间目标编目管理工作中,工作人员有时会对雷达通过扫描屏捕获的新目标进行重点关注,并希望尽快建立目标的精密轨道根数。文中基于相控阵雷达灵活的波束调度能力,结合空间目标轨道预报误差特性,提出了一种快速建立目标精密轨道根数的方法。该方法利用新目标初轨根数进行轨道预报,根据预报结果通过合理设置特殊拦截屏的方式来快速捕获目标并获取目标航迹,再通过精密轨道改进获得目标精密轨道参数。仿真分析验证了该方法的正确性及可行性。

In the work of satellite catalog maintenance with phased array radar, sometimes staffs focus on the targets scanned by radar which are not in the catalog and hope to get their precise orbit elements as soon as possible. Based on strong beam scheduling ability of phased array radar and characteristics of orbit prediction errors, a method is proposed in this paper to quickly get these required elements. In this method, orbit predictions are done firstly using the initial orbit elements of the scanned targets. Then special search screens of phased array radar are properly set with the prediction results to catch the new targets and get their tracks. Finally, precise orbit elements are produced through precise orbit determination with the tracks. Simulation results show the correctness and feasibility of the new method.
