The new technique based on digital I / Q phase demodulation can solve this problem which does not need phase detector, pulse phase noise measurement can be done easily and accurately by using digital I / Q phase demodulation and cross without complex calibration procedure. High dynamitic range and sensitivity is achieved by using cross-correlation technique and ultralow noise reference signal generator. Pulse phase noise and AM noise measurement can be done by pushing a button.
