超长尺寸船舶交通管理系统裂缝波导天线在自重和风载荷作用下极易产生变形。 文中通过天线口面形式的喇叭状设计,在径向平面内与天线罩、极化栅、内支架和加强筋等形成封闭稳定结构,外支架则采用焊接桁架设计,提升了天线整体的刚度与强度。 通过优选天线各组成部分材料,在减轻自重和保持刚度之间取得平衡。 最后,以有限元力学仿真软件来校核结构主要部分的变形与应力,结果表明结构变形值和强度安全系数均满足设计输入要求。

Long size VTS slotted waveguide antenna can be easily caused transformation under acting force of dead load and wind load. A kind of horn-mouth style antenna is designed in this paper. In radial plane, the horn-mouth constructs close and steady structure, together with antenna cover, polarization grid, inner support, and reinforcing rib and so on, and outer support is designed of welded truss, so it makes antenna’s stiffness and strength promoted. By selecting materials of different parts of antenna, balance between reducing weight and keeping stiffness is reached. Finally, finite element mechanics simulation software is used to check the transformation and stress of mainly parts of the structure. It is obviously that transformation value and strength index both meet design requirements.
