影响雷达测量目标高度的主要因素有两个,一个是地球曲率,一个是大气折射。大气折射的指数模型可以更真实的反映大气分布。目标高度测量的实质是对大气折射进行修正。在实际应用中,与高度拟合法和改进高度拟合法相比,基于指数模型的等效地球半径法求得的修正量可以获得相对较好的平滑度,这对于稳定雷达系统误差具有积极的意义。

There are two main factors that impact measurement of target忆s altitude from radar, one is curvature and the other is atmosphere refraction. Exponential model of atmosphere refraction represents more actual atmosphere distribution. Measurement of target忆s altitude is correction of atmosphere refraction substantively. Compared with altitude fitting method and improved altitude fitting method, correction component obtained from equivalent earth-radius method based on exponential model of atmosphere refraction makes better smoothness, which has more positive significance for stabilization of system error.
