叙述PXI 总线虚拟仪器的特点和应用领域。分析了测控类雷达发射机对自动化测试系统的需求以及基于PXI 总线虚拟仪器测试系统对于测控类雷达发射机指标测试需求的满足程度。提出了基于PXI 总线的虚拟仪器理念构建测控雷达发射机自动化测试系统的设计方法,并介绍了无法直接测试指标的软件计算方法。最后,举例说明实际应用产品的使用效果,以及自动化测试系统的意义。

The article introduces the characters and application field of virtual instrument based on PXI. It also analyzes the requirements of auto test system(ATS) for measurement radar transmitter and the satisfaction degree of ATS based on PXI to radar transmitter auto test. Based on the concept of virtual instrument, the design method of the ATS of measurement radar transmitter is put forward ,and the software calculation method of index which can not be measured directly is introduced. Finally, an example is given to illustrate the use effect and significance of the ATS.
