针对机载相控阵雷达近程杂波抑制,提出了利用俯仰和差波束进行空域滤波的自适应算法。为消除近程杂波距离依赖性对杂波抑制性能的影响,该算法在不同的距离单元分别形成不同的俯仰和差波束;与目前的单元空域俯仰滤波算法相比,降低了自适应权的维数和计算复杂度。由于该算法仅利用雷达收发的第一个填零脉冲回波作为计算自适应滤波权系数的样本数据,避免了远程杂波对自适应权系数的影响。仿真实验证明,在无外界强干扰的情况下,新算法可以将近程杂波完全抑制。

For near-range clutter suppression in airborne phased array radar, an adaptive spatial filtering algorithm is proposed by utilizing elevated sum-difference beam. In order to mitigating the range-dependence of near-range clutter, sum-difference beams are formed in every range cells respectively. Filter dimensions and computational complexity are reduced in the algorithm, comparing with the current elevating filtering algorithm. Due to the training data for spatial filtering weight depends only on the first transmitting and receiving zero filling pulse, the spatial filtering will be immune to far-range clutter. It is testified by simulation that the near-range clutter can be suppressed completely in condition of jam-free.
