描述了机载雷达接收机射频模块的健康管理技术方面的研究。现代机载雷达接收机通常包括接收通道、频综器和数字下变频等模块。其中,接收通道、频综器为模拟射频模块,其工作状态的变化对雷达探测有较大影响,在设计中必须充分考虑可测试性和可靠性。通过在射频链路中加入监测点,并对检测参数进行数字量化处理,实现对射频链路的状态监测和预测。通过使用文中提出的方法,可以帮助接收机进行故障风险规避和故障诊断。

A method on the health management for the radio frequency (RF) receiver within the airborne radar is studied. The RF system in a modern radar receiver mainly includes RF receiver chain, frequency synthesizer, digital down-converter, and the first tow are simulated RF modules, which are important to keep operating stable for the accurate radar detection. Therefore, the reliability and testability become the vital part in a successful production design. Several built鄄in test points are embedded in the RF circuits reasonably which couple and detect the RF power in the transmission lines. The RF power values are digitally measured and processed for monitoring and prognostic. The developed health management system can help the RF receiver improve the failure diagnosis and reduce the fault rate by using the suggested method in this paper.
