以气象雷达产品在低温试验中遇到的方位传动机构阻力力矩过大现象为研究对象,对比借鉴国内外不同研究成果提出齿轮箱功率损耗模型,结合试验测试和拟合得到低温下齿轮箱搅油阻力矩数学模型,获得不同转速和温度环境下电机需要克服的搅油阻力矩和相应输出电流,进一步指导完成电机重新选型和系统设计工作。

The excessive resistance moment problem of azimuth reduction gearbox encountered in low-temperature experiment of a meteorological radar is focused on, variety of gearbox power loss models proposed by domestic and foreign literature are compared. The mathematic model of the churning torque of the gearbox at low temperature is built by least squares fitting. The resistance torque that the motor needs to overcome and the corresponding output current are obtained under the different speeds and temperature conditions, which can guide further motor re-selection and the system design.
