智能蒙皮是由与平台共形的超薄型天线系统,内嵌超小型化的辐射单元及其连接的发射机、接收机和波束形成器等设备,应用于雷达、电子战、通信等系统,具有超一流的电学和结构特性,是解决传统天馈系统在航空器平台上面临的技术难题的一个十分有吸引力的技术思路。文中针对一种S波段同步时钟树+数字移相发射功率模块的有源相控阵电子干扰系统智能蒙皮试验架构,设计了四级电路的超小超薄的宽带数字移相功率发射模块。采用了印制电路板数模混合高密度布局设计、Sandwich式电磁兼容结构设计、电构一体化设计等超常规设计方法。测试结果表明:面向智能蒙皮的设计方案是基本合理可行的。

Smart skin as an ultra-thin antenna system shaping with the install base surface, embedded by devices such as micro-unit of TX and transmitter linked with, receiver, beam former and so on, has super features in electronic and structure when used in radar, electronic warfare and communication system. It is considered as an attractive idea to settle the installation problems on air platform with traditional antenna feed system. An ultra-thin four-stage wideband radio frequency TX microcircuit power module that can be digital phase shifted is designed in accordance with the requirement of the smart skin active electronically scanned array jamming searching system architecture composed of synchronous clock tree and digital phase shift power TX modules. Some super convention methods such as high density digital鄄analog hybrid printed circuit board layout, sandwich structure for electromagneticcompatibility and electrical-structural integrated design are involved. Test results show that the designing scheme for smart skin is reasonable and feasible.
