地面战场态势感知是空军实施地面目标精确打击和空地联合作战的基础。首先,分析了美军第一代地面战场态势感知系统及其核心传感器,参与历次战争和局部冲突的情况,系统在获取非对称优势过程中的作用;其次,分析了第二代系统传感器的关键性能,多平台感知网络的基本结构及其优势,系统建设的基本思路与作法;最后,结合美军的成功经验和我军实际,提出了推动我军相关系统建设的合理化建议。

Ground battle field situational awareness is the basis for precise striking on ground targets. U. S air force, the first to develop such capability and promote it to a sophisticated level, generates valuable experiences in its establishment and enhancement. This paper analyzes this system忆s contribution in getting asymmetric superiority by employing ground moving target indication (GMTI) radar as its crucial component in the whole system. The paper also analyzes the second generation of this system under construction, with the key technology of the multi-platform radar technology insertion program (MP-RTIP) within the space-based network ground battlefield and space-air integrated network ground battlefield. Proposals are put forward for improving the current surveillance and reconnaissance network and command and control information system of our air force.
