舰载雷达在探测海面目标时由于强海杂波环境的影响,降低了雷达对海面目标的检测和定位跟踪性能。为了有效抑制海杂波、凸显有用目标,文中对海杂波的概率密度分布、时间相关性和频率相关性等特性进行了分析,并提出了雷达系统设计、自适应CFAR、扫描圈间积累和频率捷变等几种抑制海杂波的方法。实录雷达数据处理结果表明,文中的方法能显著提高舰载雷达的海面目标检测能力。

The detection for maritime targets in strong sea clutter is difficult for ship-borne radar. The sea clutter would significantly reduce the capability of radars in detecting and locating targets on the ocean surface. To suppress sea clutter effectively and distinguish useful targets, the probability density distribution, time correlation, frequency correlation of sea clutter are analyzed. Several methods are presented, such as radar system design, self-adapting CFAR, scan-to-scan accumulation and frequency agility. The result of processing real data shows that the proposed methods greatly improve the detection capability of ship-borne radar for maritime targets.
