点聚焦透镜天线能微观确定透波结构的电厚度偏离程度。利用点聚焦天线的波束汇聚能力,通过对透波结构电厚度超差区域的准确定位,实现电厚度的高分辨率测试。采用频率变换的原理组建透射法相位测试系统,用两路合成信号发生器产生测试所需的差频微波信号,直接实时比较校正支路和测试支路的相差,达到了电厚度高稳定性测试。以实际型号为例,采用HFSS软件对点聚焦透镜进行设计仿真,给出设计参数,加工符合设计要求的点聚焦透镜并将其应用在透射法测试系统中,提高了透波结构电厚度测量与校正的工作效率。

The point-focusing lens antenna can microscopically determine the degree of deviation of the electrical thickness of the transparent structure. Taking advantage of the convergent capability of focusing antenna, and through the accurate positioning of the electrical thickness tolerance area of the transparent structure to achieve high-resolution electrical thickness test . And the transmission phase measurement system is set up by the method of frequency conversion, which difference frequency signal is generated by the two-way composite signal generator, and correcting the difference between the branch and the test branch in real time to reach the high stability test. Take the actual model as an example, The point focusing lens is designed and simulated by HFSS software, and the design parameters are given. The point focusing lens which meets the design requirements is given and applied to the transmission test system. Improve the working efficiency of the measurement and correction of the electrical thickness of the transparent structure.
