在防御体系中相控阵雷达获得越来越广泛的应用,其内部T/R组件工作时需要很大的脉冲功率,要求其供电模块具有动态响应速度快、体积小、功率密度高等特点。首先,文中研究了一种两级式电路拓扑:其前级为全桥开环隔离变换电路,实现电气隔离及母线降压;后级为同步整流Buck电路,实现稳定的输出电压;然后,依据实际的应用需求,给出了电路设计思路、关键参数的设计准则以及主要器件选型;最后,给出了电路仿真和试验结果,验证了理论分析和参数设计的准确性。

The phased-array radars are commonly equipped in the national defense. The huge pulsed power is needed when the T/R components are working, which demanding quick dynamic response,small volume and high power density of the power supply. A two-stage circuit is researched in this paper: the first stage is the open-loop full bridge circuit which lowering the bus voltage with isolation; the second stage is the synchronous Buck circuit which achieving the stable output voltage. Then, the design plans,the design criteria and selection of the key component are proposed upon the actual application. At last, the results of simulation and experiment are given, which validates the correction of the analysis and design.
