介绍了毫秒级脉冲高功率调制器系统技术。围绕长脉冲调制器应用体制、高压开关、驱动方式,以及脉冲顶降补偿技术等展开论述,对于两种常用体制、两类常用开关、三种驱动方式,以及四项顶降补偿技术各自的工作原理、特点、适用场合及优缺点做了系统阐述。介绍了电压电流为-70 kV/50 A、脉宽达1 ms、脉冲顶降小于5%的长脉冲大功率调制器,并对其测试结果进行了说明。测试结果表明:研制的长脉冲调制器技术先进,在输出功率、输出波形、脉冲顶降等各方面指标均达到了国内领先水平。

Millisecond long-pulse high power modulator system technology is presented in this paper, in which the introductions are mainly focused on the technologies of long-pulse modulator strucutre, high-voltage switch, driving method and pulse-top-drop compensation. Two typical stucturs, two usual switches, three driving modes and four kinds of pulse-top-drop compensation technologies are discussed, concentrating on their operation principles, characteristics, applicable situations, merits and drawbacks. A -70 kV/50 A long-pulse high power modulator with a pulse-top-drop less than 5£¥ in one millisecond is developed and described. At the same time, the test results are illustrated. The results show that the developed modulator technology is advanced. The indicators for this modulator concluding output power, waveform and the pulse-top-drop have reached the domestic leading level.
