超宽带穿墙雷达中未知墙体参数估计精度直接影响目标位置定位和成像质量。针对该问题,文中提出了一种基于透射系数的未知墙体参数估计方法。该方法首先通过计算电磁波穿透墙体时的透射系数推导出振幅衰减系数;然后,结合传播时延与墙体参数的非线性关系,利用牛顿迭代法能够精确估计出未知墙体参数;最后,对结果进行了误差分析和比较,表明该方法在未知墙体参数估计中的可行性。文中利用时域有限差分方法进行电磁建模,其仿真数据验证了墙体参数估计算法的有效性。

The estimation accuracy of unknown wall parameters has a direct impact on the target location and image quality for ultra-wide鄄band through-wall radar. In this paper, a method based on transmission coefficient for unknown wall parameters estimation is proposed to deal with the aforementioned matter. Via the calculation for transmission coefficient of electromagnetic wave propagating through the wall, the amplitude attenuation coefficient is deduced. Then, combined with the nonlinear relationship between propagation delay and wall parameters, the unknown wall parameters can be accurately obtained by Newton iterative method. Finally, the error analysis and comparison of the results show that the proposed method is feasible to estimate unknown wall parameters. Finite-difference time-domain method is utilized for electromagnetic modeling, and the simulation results verify the effectiveness of the proposed method.
