针对雷达中的多型模数(A/D)采样模块的测试需求,提出了通用A/D采样模块自动测试系统的设计方案。该方案通过软件编程和配合不同的适配器,可以对多种A/D采样模块进行自动测试,并具有故障隔离功能。该方案还可以应用到其他A/D采样模块,具有良好的通用性和可扩展性。

A design scheme of general automatic test system for analog to digital (A/D) sampling modules aiming at the test requirements of multi鄄types A/ D sampling modules in radar is put forward in this paper. Through software programming with different adapters, the scheme can be used for automatic test of a variety of A/ D sampling modules, and has the function of fault isolation. The scheme can also be extended to other A/ D sampling modules,having good general-purpose capability and strong expansibility.
