端面比压是影响机械密封水铰链性能的重要参数,其构成因素复杂,设计时难以选择合适参数。文中从端面比压构成因素的物理含义、变化产生的影响及相互作用进行分析,推导相应的计算公式,作为端面比压设计的依据。针对水铰链的特殊使用工况,减小密封介质压力波动对密封端面的影响,提出了兼顾机械密封的密封性和润滑性能的端面比压设计原则,确保了水铰链设计的合理性,提高了水铰链的性能。

End face specific pressure is an important parameter of the mechanical seal of water joint, its components are complex,and parameters are difficult to choose in design. The physical meaning of factors of end face specific pressure, effect of the change and the interaction are analyzed, the formula of end face specific pressure is derived as the basis for design. According to the special work condition of water joint, the effect of sealing medium pressure fluctuation on the seal face is decreased. The friction characteristic and seal capability synthetically are considered. The design of water joint is correct by these formulas and the performance of the water joint is improved.
