低空目标的直达回波与多径反射回波相互耦合,使雷达测角误差显著增大,严重影响海用雷达对低空目标的探测性能。数字相控阵雷达可同时生成多个接收波束,利用超分辨测角技术提高测角精度。文中给出了超分辨测角技术在海用数字相控阵雷达中的一种工程应用方法,并将多信号分类、最大似然法两类超分辨测角技术与传统的高低波束测角技术进行了分析比较。仿真结果表明:超分辨类算法对海面低角目标的测角性能相比传统方法有很大提升,并且受阵面幅相误差影响不大,在海用数字相控阵雷达中有较好的工程应用前景。因此,本研究对工程实际中海用数字相控阵的低空目标探测技术有较大的参考价值。

The coupling effect of the direct and the multipath reflecting echoes of the low-altitude target will evidently enlarge the error of the elevation measurement, which deteriorates the radar performance on detecting the low-altitude target. The digital phased array radar can form multiple beams simultaneously, so that the super resolution techniques can be utilized to improve the elevation measuring precision. In this paper, an approach of applying the super resolution techniques to marine digital phased array radar is proposed, and two particular super resolution algorithms, the multiple signal classification and the maximum likelihood, are analyzed and compared to the traditional high-low beam algorithm. The simulation indicates that the super resolution algorithms perform much better than the traditional algorithm, and are hardly affected by the error of the phase and amplitude of the arrays. Thus, they have good potential in applying on the marine phased array radar. Thus, the research of this paper will be helpful for detecting the low-altitude target by using marine digital phased array radar.
