针对目前系统关重特性识别多依赖经验,识别结果不确定性大的现状,提出一种基于故障模式、影响及危害性分析(FMECA)和风险决策模型的关重特性评估方法,实现雷达系统设计关重特性的系统分析和量化识别。该方法引入技术影响因子评估部件特性失效的危害度,定义危害度与失效概率转换公式统一危害性度量标准,构建风险决策模型给出关重特性的定量判定准则。该方法已在某大型相控阵雷达系统设计关重特性识别中得到充分验证。

Identification of key or important characteristics still relied on experiences and results are uncertain. To deal with this problem, an evaluation method based on FMECA and risk decision-making model is presented. The method realizes systematic analysis and quantitative identification for key or important characteristics of radar system. The technical factor is introduced to evaluate the criticality with characteristics failure. To uniform criticality measure, a conversion formula for criticality and failure probability is defined. Finally, the quantitative criterion for judging key or important characteristics is applied by constructing a risk decision-making mode. In the design characteristics identifying project of a large phased array radar system, the method is verified sufficiently.
