介绍了一种新型体制有源相控阵雷达配套的圆极化天线单元———喇叭天线,阐述了该天线单元从初期的任务输入,到电讯与结构协同设计,再到铸造加工成型的整个研制过程。研制出的天线单元电性能指标和结构使用性均满足产品要求,并成功实现批量化生产,其成果可作为一项共性技术,为类似体制雷达天线单元的大规模工程应用提供参考。

A new type of the circular polarization antenna-orn antenna used in active phased array radar is presented. The whole development process from the initial study task to the co-esign between electronics and structure is introduced, finally to the casting processing molding. This type of horn antenna fulfills the requirements of electronics , structures, and batches忆production. As a generic technology, it also provides references for antenna engineering application on the similar system radars.
