量子雷达是将量子效应引入经典雷达探测领域,解决经典雷达在探测、测量和成像等方面的技术瓶颈,提升雷达综合性能的技术。文中简述了量子雷达的基本原理及光子计数体制雷达在这一领域所处的地位,基于普朗克公式和奈奎斯特公式分析了光子计数体制雷达的量子物理基础,基于纽曼·皮尔逊准则推导了光子计数体制中最优的信号检测准则,提出了光子计数体制量子雷达的恒虚警检测条件,基于真实环境进行了光子计数雷达的信号检测仿真,并对比了文中提出的方法相对于经典雷达信号检测方法在光子计数体制下的优势。

Quantum radar is a kind of technology which uses quantum effect to solve the problems in the fields of detection, metrology,imaging etc. This paper summarizes the basic principles of quantum radar and the status of photon counting in this field.Planck equation and Nyquist equation are analyzed as the base of photon-counting radar. The principle of signal-detecting optimization is deduced based on Neyman Pearson criterion and the CFAR condition in the case of photon-counting radar is proposed based on this deduction and simulation. In the end, this paper give the comparison between classical method and the new theory and show the advantage of the latter one.
