相控阵天线的蓬勃发展,对天线线阵测试效率提出了迫切需求。文中提出了一种相控阵天线线阵自动测试系统的工程设计方法,该方法通过增加对天线线阵、微波矩阵开关以及测试仪表的控制,实现传统天线线阵手动测试系统的升级,使其具备对相控阵雷达天线线阵自动测试和故障隔离的功能。该测试系统用于多型线阵的测试,大幅提高了测试的效率,完善了雷达线阵的测试技术。

With the vigorous development of phased array antenna, the efficiency of antenna array’s test become an urgent demand. A method of engineering design of phased array antenna linear array automatic test system is introduced. The method is to upgrade traditional manual testing system in order to test phased array radar antenna linear array and fault isolation through adding the control of antenna array, microwave matrix switch and testing instrument. The system has been applied to test various radar system and the application shows that the system has efficiency of measurement and has improved the testing technology of antenna array.
