为改善调制器输出脉冲顶降,提出了一种基于绝缘栅双极晶体管串并联的全固态Bouncer调制器。介绍了全固态Bouncer调制器的基本原理和组成,分析了调制器工作过程,并给出了调制器工作时序关系;介绍了调制器Bouncer电路的设计,根据理论计算分析了影响电路参数的主要因素。文中设计的调制器要求输出脉冲电压50 kV,脉冲电流80 A,脉冲宽度1 ms,脉冲顶降小于1% 。根据调制器指标,分别给出了常规电容直接放电和Bouncer调制器的设计结果,并对Bouncer调制器进行了仿真,证实设计的全固态Bouncer调制器能够满足指标要求。

A new all-solid-state Bouncer modulator based on series-parallel insulated gate bipolar translator has been designed to achieve the required pulse flatness without a large capacitor tank. The basic principle and the system composition are presented.The working process of the modulator is analyzed, and the working sequence is given. The emphasis is placed on the design of the Bouncer circuit of the modulator, and the main factors affecting the circuit parameter is analyzed according to the equation. Taking a modulator for example, specifications are as follows: output pulse voltage 50 kV, pulse current 80 A, pulse width 1 ms, fluctuation of the pulse flattop less than 1%. The design result of the Bouncer modulator is presented as well as the conventional generator of the direct discharge of capacitance based on the specifications. The simulation results of the Bouncer modulator is provided, which proves that the Bouncer modulator designed is effective.
