电子装备是一个涉及机、电、热、控制、磁多学科的复杂综合产品,其轻量化是一个系统工程。文中基于系统工程理念,并结合多年电子装备轻量化工程实践,从系统功能融合、设备硬件整合、功能结构一体化、数字样机应用、轻质高强度材料应用和拓扑优化技术等多维度给出了电子装备轻量化实施策略与实现途径,探索出了一条适合复杂电子装备轻量化的工程解决方案。

Electronic equipment is a complex comprehensive product involving mechanical, electrical, thermal, control, and magnetic disciplines. Its lightweight is a system engineering. Based on the system engineering concept and combined with many years of light weight electronic equipment engineering practices, this paper presents the lightweight implementation strategy and implementation approach of electronic equipment from the aspects of the system function integration, equipment hardware integration, functional structure integration, digital prototype applications, light high-strength material applications and topology optimization techniques, and explores an engineering solution that is suitable for the lightweight of complex electronic equipment.
