车载和大功率机载雷达对真空管发射机的体积和质量提出了严格要求,发射机的小型化很有必要。文中介绍了一种大功率多注速调管发射机的小型化设计,叙述了发射机的主要技术指标和系统组成;阐述了高功率密度高压电源、小型化固态调制器、高压一体化设计和末级组件热设计等发射机小型化关键技术。实验表明:小型化发射机达到预期设计要求。文中对该小型化发射机的实际应用情况和使用前景进行了介绍。

Vehicular radar and high power airborne radar have strict demands on volume and weight of vacuum tube transmitter, so it is necessary to miniaturize radar transmitter. Miniaturization design of a high power multi-beam klystron transmitter is introduced. The main key performance indicators and the system constitution are presented. The emphasis is put on the key technologies of high power density high voltage power supply, miniaturization of solid state modulator, the integrated design method of high voltage power supply and the thermal design of final module. Experiments indicate that the miniaturization of transmitter meets the expected design requirements. The application and prospect of the transmitter is discussed.
