为深入研究太阳辐射对封闭式天线热环境影响,采用耦合了Realizable k-着湍流模型的三维N-S 方程组描述封闭空间内空气流动过程,得到了不同时刻太阳辐射作用下天线内温度分布特点,提出了风冷改善方案,并定量分析了不同方案及风速对天线内热环境的影响。研究表明:所建模型可以有效模拟天线内热环境;天线热环境主要受太阳辐射直接影响;高温区主要位于受太阳直接照射的天线顶部,在天线内部对称布置降温风扇可以有效改善天线内温度环境。

To take deep study on the thermal influence of the enclosed radar antenna under the solar radiation, the 3D N-S equations coupling with the Realizable k-model are used to describe the air flow in the antenna. The temperature distribution in the antenna at different time under the solar radiation is gain. The fan cooling projects are also proposed, and the thermal influence of the cooling projects and flow velocity are analyzed. The research indicates that the model can effectively simulate the thermal field of radar antenna, and it is directly impacted by the solar radiation. The high temperature regions mainly locate at the top of the antenna which is shined directly by the sun. The fan cooling project can effectively decline the temperature in the antenna.
