介绍了一款宽输入范围的无人机机载开关电源的设计方法, 采用了基于LTC3777控制芯片的四开关同步整流非隔离的升、降压变换技术,为后级变换器提供稳定供电,保证了后级变换器的优化设计,提高了无人机整体电源效率;分析了该种控制芯片的控制原理和电源主要元器件的设计方法。实验结果表明:采用文中提出的变换器作为前级预稳的两级式变换器,可以满足无人机对电源高效率、高功率密度以及宽输入范围的要求。

A wide range of input voltage switching power supply converter used in unmanned aerial vehicles (UAV) is presented. A novel four switch synchronous rectifier, non-isolated BUCK-BOOST converter technique based on LTC3777 is selected in this supply, hence the following stage can be easily designed to achieve a high efficiency of the UAV. Principle of LTC3777 and main components design methods in supply are introduced. The experimental results show that the converter composed of the BUCK-BOOST converter and back stage converter can achieve high efficiency, high power density and wide range of input voltage of UAV.
