梯形丝杆螺母副具有自锁功能,常用于雷达天线系统的俯仰传动机构。文中从梯形丝杆螺纹表面粗糙度、丝杆加工工艺流程、摩擦副材料的选择、使用环境、维护保养等方面分析了某高机动雷达天线俯仰传动系统螺母脱扣故障的原因,并针对各种原因提出了相应的对策,尤其是梯形丝杆螺母副应增加安全保护装置。
