相控阵系统的成本控制一直以来是其大规模、批量化应用的瓶颈问题。文中提出了一种基于非规则子阵的阵面分层设计方案,实现低成本控制的同时保证一定的阵列波束性能。首先,通过阵元栅格理论建模及凸松弛优化求解找到首层子阵的布局方案;然后,将其作为二级超阵简单拓展至整个阵面,并针对不同结构方案分析了相应的波束扫描电性能指标。仿真试验表明:所提方法在有限视场扫描背景下能够有效抑制栅瓣,同时,其模块化布局保证了工程便利性。

The cost control of phased array systems has always been the bottleneck problem of its large scale and batch application. In this paper, a hierarchical design scheme based on irregular subarray is proposed to achieve low-cost control while maintaining array beam performance. Firstly, the optimal configuration of the first-level subarray is found via the array element grid theory modeling and convex relaxation optimization. Then it is simply extended to the entire array as a two-level super array and the corresponding scanning electrical performance indicators are analyzed for different structures. Simulation experiments show that the proposed method can effectively suppress the grating lobes while maintaining engineering convenience in the background of limited field of view.
