针对当前雷达辐射源信号识别效能评估研究中指标权重设置不合理、评估技术繁杂、评估者意愿体现不明显等问题,提出一种基于RE鄄I2 VIKOR的雷达辐射源信号识别效能评估方法。该方法基于相对熵对指标进行组合赋权,并对传统VIKOR方法进行改进,定义区间型群体效用值、个体遗憾值与利益比率的计算方法,引入心态指数函数作为综合评估结果的排序准则。仿真分析表明,赋权方法所得权重有效合理,评估者根据个人心态及意愿通过对群体效用值和个体遗憾值的比例关系及心态指数进行实时调整,使评估结果更加符合评估者的实际需求。

To solve the problems of index setting unreasonable, evaluation technology disorder, intention of the evaluator is not obvious in current study of the effectiveness evaluation of radar signal recognition. A new evaluation method based on the relative entropy improved interval Visekriterijumska Optimizacija I Kompromisno Resenje (RE-I2 VIKOR) has been proposed. This method build the index weights by relative entropy, improve the traditional VIKOR method; redefine calculation method of the population effect value、individual regret value and interest rate in interval type; bring in the mentality exponential function as the sort criteria for evaluation results. Application results indicate that index weight obtained by weighting method is reasonable and effective, and evaluator can let the result accord with the personal actual demand by adjust the ratio between population effect value and individual regret value, or mentality exponential.
