为解决外场的测试系统(ATS)自身维护保障困难和被测对象(UUT)无法进行快速故障诊断、健康预测的难题,研究了基于分布式网络远程监测与诊断系统。该系统通过远程收集关键信息和健康数据,基于故障树和专家经验,对测试系统和UUT 进行远程诊断和健康状况预测,从而降低故障率,加快外场保障响应速度,协助现场人员进行排故和维修指导。

In order to resolve the problems of automatic test system (ATS) self-test difficulty and under test unit (UUT) fault detection, prognostic and health management, remote monitor and diagnose system based on distributed network is studied. The system can do remote test, online monitor, fault detect to ATS and UUT with remote information and test data based on fault tree and expert experience, which can reduce fault probability, fasten the speed of outfield response and direct the worker to remove the fault and maintain the ATS and UUT.
