针对层状介质的探地雷达数据反演结果不稳定、误差较大、时间复杂度高等问题,提出一种基于混合优化算法的反演方法。该方法将各层介质的首达时作为先验信息以减少待反演的参数,在使用多级细化搜索法初步确定地下层状介质的介质参数的基础上,再使用粒子群优化算法进行精确反演。仿真结果表明:混合优化算法能提高反演结果的稳定性,有效重建出各层介质的介电常数和厚度信息,大幅度降低时间复杂度。

An inversion method for stratified media based on hybrid optimization algorithm is proposed for ground penetrating radar imaging, aims to enhance the imaging precision with low complexity. The first reaching time of echo signals located in the interface of adjacent medium is adopted as a priori information to reduce the number of parameters. The multi-level subdivision search method is employed to determine the range of medium parameters in stratified media, and the particle swarm algorithm is developed for the inversion imaging. The simulating results show that the proposed method can improve the stability of inversion results, identify the geoelectric structure thickness and permittivity parameters with low time complexity.
