介绍了射频信号光纤传输应用特点,针对时钟信号光纤传输过程中对相位稳定性的要求,提出一种稳定射频信号光纤传输相位的方法。系统通过信道估计调节光纤延迟线,达到稳定射频光传输信号相位的目的。经搭建系统论证,射频信号的相位稳定,将长度为100 m 的光纤放置在0℃ ~40℃温度变化的环境中,传输2 GHz 时钟信号,输出信号相位变化不超过1°,相位稳定性大大提高。

The characteristics of radio over fiber (ROF) are introduced, and a method of stabilizing the phase of radio frequency (RF) signal in ROF system is proposed to meet the requirement of the phase stability in ROF when clock signal is transmitted in fiber. By analyzing the channel estimation signal and adjusting the optical fiber delay line, the system can stabilize the phase of RF signal in optical transmission system. The system demonstrates that the phase stability of RF signal is stable. In the environment which is changed from 0℃ ~40℃, 2GHz clock signal is transmitted stably in optical fiber whose length is 100 meters, signal phase changes less than 1 degree. The phase stability of system is greatly improved.
