在天波超视距雷达系统中,多跳传播会引起海杂波多普勒扩展及衍生谱峰等现象,进而严重影响雷达对低速海面目标的探测能力。针对这一问题,提出基于序贯正交波形的多跳杂波抑制方法。该方案在相邻脉冲周期交替发射互相正交的雷达波形,并配合适当的滑动匹配方法实现对具有距离模糊特性的多跳杂波的分离和抑制。该方案可根据工程需要灵活选用波形,并且不改变现有系统的处理流程,具有较高的可用性。仿真实验采用了线性调频和相位编码两种典型信号,验证了该方案的有效性。

In the sky-wave over-the-horizon radar system, multi-hop propagation will cause spread-Doppler clutter (SDC) and derivative peaks, which will seriously impair the radar ability to detect low-speed sea targets. To solve this problem, a multi-hop clutter suppression method based on sequential orthogonal waveform is proposed. The scheme alternately transmits mutually orthogonal radar waveforms in adjacent pulse periods, and cooperates with appropriate sliding matching methods to separate and suppress rangfolded clutter. The proposed method can flexibly select waveforms according to engineering needs, and does not change the processing flow of the existing system, showing high availability. The simulation experiments of two typical signals chirp and phase encoding, are used to verify the effectiveness of the scheme.
